目的:测定不同产地不同加工方法牡丹皮药材中没食子酸、芍药内酯苷、芍药苷等7个成分及Fe,Mg等24种微量元素的含量,探讨牡丹皮药材中物质与微量元素间的关系,为牡丹皮药材的质量综合评价提供参考。方法:采用高效液相色谱波长融合方法测定没食子酸,芍药内酯苷,芍药苷,1,2,3,4,6-五没食子先葡萄糖,苯甲酸,苯甲酰芍药苷,丹皮酚7个成分的含量;采用微波消解-电感等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定Fe,Mg等24种微量元素的含量;通过对指标成分、微量元素等进行相关分析并建立灰色关联度模型,综合评价不同产地不同加工方法牡丹皮的质量。结果:不同产地不同加工方法牡丹皮指标性成分及微量元素含量部分有显著差异(P<0.05),灰色关联度模型稳定,牡丹皮中的不同成分、各种微量元素之间存在显著的或极显著的正相关或负相关(P<0.05)。结论:微量元素与多指标成分的相关性分析和灰色关联度模型为牡丹皮优质药材选择提供充分的依据和参考。

Results: There were significant differences (P <0.05) in the index components and trace element contents among the different processing methods of Cortex Moutan from different areas (P <0.05). The gray relational degree model was stable. There were significant or extremely significant differences between the different components in the tree peony bark, Significantly positive or negative correlation (P <0.05). Conclusion: The correlation analysis between trace elements and multiple index components and the gray relational degree model provide sufficient basis and references for the selection of high quality medicinal materials of Cortex Moutan.
