生命在于科学运动。老年人随着年龄的增长,人体机能的衰老是自然现象。但是通过体育锻炼,可以延缓人的衰老过程,延年益寿,能够对老年人的生理机能、心理机能产生积极影响,是老年人身心健康的催化剂。
Life is science movement. Elderly people with age, human function aging is a natural phenomenon.
