目的:比较左金丸传统汤剂、复方颗粒剂与配方颗粒剂中吴茱萸碱和次碱的含量差异。方法:采用HPLC测定传统汤剂、复方颗粒剂、配方颗粒剂中吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱的含量,并对含量测定的方法进行了考察。结果:HPLC测定吴茱萸碱和次碱在传统汤剂中总质量分数为0.738 0 mg.g-1,在复方颗粒剂中总质量分数为1.379 0 mg.g-1,在配方颗粒剂中总质量分数为0.225 9 mg.g-1。结论:左金丸传统汤剂、复方颗粒剂、配方颗粒剂吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱总质量分数差异较大:复方颗粒剂>传统汤剂>配方颗粒剂。
Objective: To compare the contents of evodiamine and hypaconitine in Zuojinwan traditional decoction, compound granule and formula granule. Methods: The contents of evodiamine and rutaecarpine in traditional decoction, compound granule and formula granule were determined by HPLC, and the determination of content of evodiamine and rutaecarpine was investigated. Results: The total mass fraction of evodiamine and nicotine in traditional decoction was 0.738 0 mg.g-1 by HPLC and the total mass fraction was 1.379 0 mg.g-1 in compound granule. The total mass The score was 0.225 9 mg.g-1. Conclusion: The total mass fraction of Zuojinwan traditional decoction, compound granule, prescription evodiamine and rutaecarpine is quite different: compound granule> traditional decoction> formula granule.
