我国集体林经营在林业中占有很大比重,如何在林权改革中尽快摸清森林经营管理现状,特别是及时总结林权改革中的经验和存在问题,对于林权改革乃至今后森林经营管理都十分重要。本文根据实际调查,在总结辽宁东部山区“林改”经验,指出当前改革中存在问题的同时,对加强森林经营管理提出了建议和对策。
