辽宁画院正式建立于1982年2月,是省级美术创作、研究机构,属国家事业单位。现有书画家21名,其中国画家9名,油画家9名,版画家两名,书法家1名。画家中现有一级美术师(教授)12名,二级美术师(副教授)7名,三级美术师两名。辽宁画院集中了全省美术创作的尖子人才,其任务是贯彻党的文艺方针政策,繁荣美术创 Liaoning Academy of Fine Arts was formally established in February 1982, is a provincial art creation, research institutions, is a national institution.
