锡基轴承合金是工业上制造滑动轴承内衬应用最为广泛的一种金属材料。在冶金及相变理论等方面早有详尽研究,在实际应用上业已十分成熟。但是,在最近为解决我厂轴承质量问题而进行的大量试验研究中,发现其β’相的分析鉴定尚存疑窦。在查阅文献[1][2]时,发现国内出版物多以化学武SnSb表示锡基轴承合金金相组织中呈方块形的金属化合物β’相。
Tin-based bearing alloy is the industry’s most widely used sliding bearing lining a metal material. In the metallurgy and the theory of phase change has long been exhaustive study, in practical application has been very mature. However, in recent years to solve the problem of bearing quality in our factory conducted a large number of experimental studies, found that the β ’phase analysis and identification of doubtful sinus. In the literature [1] [2], found that most of the domestic publications with chemical Wu SnSb said tin-based bearing alloy microstructure was square-shaped metal compound β ’phase.
