以土壤接种的方法测定了串珠镰刀菌(Fusarium moniliforme sheld.)3个菌株和尖孢镰刀菌(Fusarium oxysporum Schl.)9个菌株对玉蜀黍幼苗的侵染力。结果表明在试验菌株中存在强、中等、不稳定、弱至无四种致病力类型。串珠镰刀菌中的NF2109(分离自玉蜀黍杆腐病株)和哈医143(分离自玉蜀黍种粒),尖孢镰刀菌中的NF1800(分离自香蕉果柄)和NF109(分离自松林土壤)属于强致病力类型。尖孢镰刀菌中的NF033(分离白玉蜀黍种粒)、NF245(分离自苹果烂根)、哈医142(分离自玉蜀黍种粒)属于中等强度类型。其余5个试验菌株有2个不稳定,3个呈弱或无致病力类型。叙述了这些菌引起的玉米苗枯的症状,并认为对玉蜀黍苗期的侵染,串珠镰刀菌的危害较之尖孢镰刀菌为大,并就试验菌株的致病力讨论了有关尖孢镰刀菌专化型问题。
Three inoculation strains of Fusarium moniliforme sheld. And nine strains of Fusarium oxysporum Schl. Were inoculated with soil to inoculate maize seedlings. The results showed that the tested strains were strong, moderate, unstable, weak to no four types of virulence. NF2109 (isolated from maize rod rot strain) and Ha133 (isolated from Zea mays) in Fusarium moniliformes, NF1800 (isolated from banana stalk) and Fusarium oxysporum NF109 (isolated from pine soil) belonging to Fusarium oxysporum Strong virulence type. NF033 (isolated white maize seeds), NF245 (isolated from apple tree roots), Ha 142 (isolated from Zea mays) in Fusarium oxysporum belonged to the medium-strength category. The remaining five test strains 2 instability, three were weak or no pathogenicity type. Described the symptoms of corn seedling blight caused by these bacteria, and considered that the infection of Fusarium moniliforme was more serious than that of Fusarium oxysporum at the seedling stage, and discussed the pathogenicity of the tested strains Specialization-type bacteria problem.
