本文针对经济技术横向联合的新发展,对其发展特征、发展对技术开发、技术市场的影响,做了比较深入的分析,提出:高等学校要积极参预联合,发展联合的联合;以行业、区域联合的技术发展目标为目标,进行系统、系列和综合开发;发展校办产业,推进自身科、工、贸一体化,这样才能适应横向联合新发展的形势,推进高校科技工作的进一步发展。
