小鼠于一次全身γ射线(SGy)照射前1周或者照射后3周内连续服用91合剂,可加速小鼠免疫功能的恢复.91合剂的作用表现为:①加速骨髓造血功能的恢复,给药组小鼠的CFU-S/5×104BMC和CFC/5×104BMC分别高于未给药组1.4~2倍和1.4~3.1倍.骨髓细胞对LPS的增殖反应及B细胞含量都明显增高.②增强脾细胞对有丝分裂素(ConA,LPS)的反应性(P<0.05~0.01)。③提高照射小鼠的免疫应答能力.抗体水平及DTH反应性显著高于对照组。④用药组小鼠T淋巴细胞亚群的比值恢复正常.
