目的:探讨儿童弱视的治疗方法及疗效。方法:56例患儿100只弱视眼,临床检查眼球无器质性疾病,在睫状肌麻痹下经检影验光后采用全矫配镜、遮盖疗法及精细作业治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:56例100只眼中基本治愈68眼(68%),进步29眼(29%),总有效率达97%。结论:全矫配镜加遮盖及精细作业对儿童弱视的治疗有良好的效果。
Objective: To explore the treatment of children with amblyopia and efficacy. Methods: A total of 100 amblyopia eyes of 56 children were enrolled in this study. No organic disease was found in the eyes of the patients. All patients underwent ciliary muscle paralysis with retinoscopy, masking therapy and fine operation treatment. The therapeutic effects were observed. Results: Of 56 eyes of 100 eyes, 68 eyes (68%) were basically cured and 29 eyes (29%) were cured. The total effective rate was 97%. Conclusion: All-glasses and ophthalmic surgery cover the fine work on the treatment of amblyopia in children with good results.
