随着我国经济的快速发展,城市化进程不断加快,在工程项目施工过程中,工程成本管理具有非常重要的作用,可以降低工程成本、提高经济效益,而建筑工程造价可以控制工程的全部,可以以较低的投资,来获得较高的效益,实现投资的标准化与可控化。在建设项目中,项目全过程造价控制具有关键性作用。本文主要研究了全过程成本管理和控制措施。
With the rapid economic development in our country, the process of urbanization is accelerating. In project construction process, project cost management plays a very important role, which can reduce the project cost and increase the economic benefit. The construction project cost can control all of the project. With lower investment, to obtain higher efficiency, to achieve investment standardization and control. In the construction project, the whole process of project cost control has a key role. This paper focuses on the whole process of cost management and control measures.
