灭幼脲,即抗蜕皮激素,是70年代国外在冲破“农药公害”的困扰中发展起来的一种新型害虫发育抑制剂。它对害虫真皮细胞中几丁合成酶起抑制作用,使新内表皮几丁蛋白复合物不能正常形成,薄表皮蜕除受阻,新表皮幼嫩透明且失去弹性而易破裂。由于它作用于节肢动物所特有的蜕皮和变态系统,因而有高度的特异性,且用量少,效果高,对人畜安全。近几年,我国江苏、河北唐山、吉林通化等地研制和生产的灭幼脲1号和灭幼脲3号,在防治农、林多种害虫上取得显著的效果,说明灭幼脲类化合物在我国害虫防治和研究工作中日益取得进展。1986年8月,我们利用广西华年制剂厂生产的
