目的探讨不同管理方法在医院药学管理中应用的可行性。方法复旦大学附属中山医院青浦分院药剂科于2014年1—9月引入不同药学管理方法,如精细化管理法、戴明循环(PDCA)管理法和品管圈管理法,比较引入管理方法前后的管理效果以及患者满意度。结果 2014年基本药物用药方案与《国家基本药物临床应用指南》一致处方百分比明显高于2013年,门诊基本药物不适宜处方百分率明显低于2013年,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);在引入现代化药学管理方法后,患者对药学服务的满意度评分为(92.1±2.4)分,明显高于管理方法实施前的(88.1±2.1)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医院药剂科管理过程中引入现代化管理方法,如精细化管理法、PDCA管理法等可以提高医院药学的管理效率和患者的满意度。
Objective To explore the feasibility of different management methods in the hospital pharmacy management. Methods The pharmacy department of Qingpu Branch of Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University introduced different pharmacy management methods from January to September 2014, such as the delicacy management method, the PDCA method and the quality control circle method, and compared before and after the introduction of management methods Management effectiveness and patient satisfaction. Results In 2014, the percentage of prescribed prescriptions of basic drug regimens and those of “National Guideline for Clinical Application of Essential Medicines” was significantly higher than that of 2013. The inappropriate prescription percentage of outpatient essential medicines was significantly lower than that of 2013 (all P <0.05) . After the introduction of modern pharmacy management methods, the satisfaction rate of patients on pharmacy services was (92.1 ± 2.4) points, which was significantly higher than that of (88.1 ± 2.1) points before the implementation of management methods, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05) . Conclusion The introduction of modern management methods in the pharmacy management of the hospital, such as the delicacy management method and the PDCA management method, can improve the efficiency of hospital pharmacy management and patient satisfaction.
