目的 :探讨前列腺局部热疗联合后尿道药物灌注治疗慢性前列腺的效果。方法 :应用毫米波前列腺治疗仪经直肠局部治疗联合后尿道药物灌注治疗。结果 :治愈 32例 ,有效 14例 ,无效 5例。结论 :此法简单、安全 ,是一种有效的治疗慢性前列腺炎的途径 ,值得临床进一步探讨 Objective: To investigate the effect of local hyperthermia combined with posterior urethral infusion on chronic prostatitis. Methods: Millimeter wave prostate treatment instrument transrectal local treatment combined with posterior urethral drug infusion therapy. Results: 32 cases were cured, 14 cases were effective and 5 cases were ineffective. Conclusion: This method is simple and safe, which is an effective way to treat chronic prostatitis.
