研究白花丹Plumbago zeylanica L.地上部分的化学成分。应用各种色谱方法分离;用波谱学方法特别是二维核磁共振波谱的方法确定结构。从白花丹地上部分分离鉴定了7个化合物,分别是:1β,3β,11α-trihydroxy-urs-12-ene(1),androsta-1,4- diene-3,17-dione(2),异信浓柿醇酮(3),neoechinulin A(4),barman(5),ergostadiene-3β,5α,6β-triol(6),N-(N-benzoyl-S-phenylalaninyl)- S-phenylalaninol(7)。化合物1为新化合物,化合物2,4-7均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Study the chemical composition of the aerial parts of Plumbago zeylanica L. A variety of chromatographic methods were used for the separation; the structure was determined by spectroscopic methods, especially two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. Seven compounds were isolated and identified from the upper part of Pleurotus alba, which were: 1β, 3β, 11α-trihydroxy-urs-12-ene(1), androsta-1,4-diene-3, 17-dione(2), iso Shinano Peroxynone (3), neoechinulin A (4), barman (5), ergostadiene-3β, 5α, 6β-triol (6), N-(N-benzoyl-S-phenylalaninyl)-S-phenylalaninol (7 ). Compound 1 is a new compound, and compounds 2, 4-7 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
