我国已加入世贸组织,就出版而言是忧是喜?抑或是喜忧参半?有不少同志发表文章进行探讨和预测,我也借此发表一点浅见,希望看到更多理性和有说服力的文章,以便我国出版业在思想和工作上做好充分的准备。
My country has acceded to the WTO and is very much concerned about whether it is published, or is it mixed? Many comrades have published articles to explore and predict. I also made a point of expressing my humble opinion in the hope of seeing more rational and persuasive articles , So that our publishing industry in the ideological and work well prepared.
