目的探讨人参多糖注射液在非小细胞肺癌中的作用。方法治疗组化疗时采用人参多糖注射液12mg,每日静脉滴注,对照组单纯化疗。结果治疗组和对照组比较,可明显提高患者的生活质量(P<0.05),减少化疗引起的白细胞数下降(P<0.05)。结论人参多糖注射液联合化疗可以提高患者的生活质量,减轻毒副作用,提高机体免疫功能。
Objective To investigate the role of ginseng polysaccharide injection in non-small cell lung cancer. Methods The patients in the treatment group received intravenous infusion of ginseng polysaccharide injection (12mg / day) and chemotherapy in the control group. Results Compared with the control group, the treatment group and the control group could significantly improve the quality of life (P <0.05) and reduce the number of leukopenia caused by chemotherapy (P <0.05). Conclusion Ginseng polysaccharide injection combined with chemotherapy can improve patients’ quality of life, reduce side effects and improve immune function.
