[目的]为筛选出用于防治二斑叶螨的有效药剂,评价新型杀螨剂乙唑螨腈的防效。[方法]采用玻片浸渍法和田间药效试验方法,测定乙唑螨腈对二斑叶螨的毒力和防治效果。[结果]乙唑螨腈对二斑叶螨各螨态均具有很好的防治效果,24、48、72 h对成螨的LC_(50)值分别为9.6391、9.6436、8.7066 mg/L,对若螨的LC_(50)值分别为28.0671、29.8148、26.5330 mg/L,对卵的LC_(50)值为15.7037 mg/L,其毒力明显高于联苯肼酯。田间试验结果表明:30%乙唑螨腈SC 60、100、300 mg/L 3种质量浓度处理对二斑叶螨具有很好的防治效果,药后1 d的防效分别为93.11%、91.10%、92.51%,药后14 d的防效分别达96.35%、98.30%、98.84%,且3种剂量之间差异不大,明显高于43%联苯肼酯SC的防效。[结论]乙唑螨腈对二斑叶螨具有非常好的防效,可作为防治二斑叶螨的药剂推广使用。
[Objective] The research aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of the new acaricide acaricide acaricide in screening effective agents for the control of two-spotted spider mites. [Method] The toxicity of the azamefc to Tetranychus urticae and its control effect were determined by the method of slides immersion and field efficacy test. [Result] Acetamiprid had good control effect on each mite state of Tetranychus urticae. The LC 50 values of adult mite at 24, 48 and 72 h were 9.6391, 9.6436 and 8.7066 mg / L, respectively. The LC 50 values of mites were 28.0671, 29.8148 and 26.5330 mg / L, respectively. The LC 50 value of eggs was 15.7037 mg / L, which was significantly higher than that of bifenazate. The results of field experiments showed that 30% azacythritone SC 60, 100 and 300 mg / L had good control effect on Tetranychus urticae, and the control effects on the 1st day after treatment were 93.11% and 91.10% respectively %, 92.51% respectively. The control effects on the 14th day after treatment were 96.35%, 98.30% and 98.84% respectively. There was no significant difference among the three doses, which was significantly higher than that of 43% Bifidrazide SC. [Conclusion] Acetamiprid had very good control effect on Tetranychus urticae and could be used as a medicament for controlling Tetranychus urticae.
