如今,人们把有品牌的企业叫头脑型企业,它赚取的是超额附加值;把没有品牌的企业叫肢体型企业,它赚取的是低廉劳务费。有数据显示,品牌房企不仅在政策持续调控和市场复杂多变的情况下实现了稳步发展,而且在销售业绩、市场份额、融资渠道、成本控制等诸多方面都优于行业其他企业。伴随着房地产行业微利时代的开启,房企的品牌效应凸显,只有头脑型企业,才能有长远的发展。“2013房地产市场形势报告会”虽已闭幕良久,但会议关于房地产企业品牌建设的内容却给参会代表留下了深刻的印象。本期将继续就部分参会代表的心得感悟刊登,以飨读者。
