对薄型宽板裁剪成多条窄板的多通道并联实时测量是冶金和轻工业等领域中急待解决的问题。目前多通道在线测宽技术国内外尚未见报道。作者对此进行了探讨，提出了整个系统的设计思想及方案。测宽仪测量精度为±０．１５ｍｍ，响应时间为０．０１ｓ，在同类型仪器中处于先进水平。 The multi-channel parallel real-time measurement of thin narrow plate cut into a plurality of narrow plates is an urgent problem to be solved in the fields of metallurgy and light industry. At present, multi-channel online width measurement technology has not been reported at home and abroad. The author has carried on the discussion, proposed the entire system design thought and the plan. Width gauge measurement accuracy of ± 0.15mm, response time of 0.01s, in the same type of instrument at an advanced level.
