目的 :建立氢溴酸右美沙芬分散片含量测定的HPLC方法。方法 :采用苯基键合硅胶柱 ,流动相为甲醇 水 乙酸 三乙胺 ( 6 2∶38∶0 5∶0 0 5 ) ,pH =4 5 ;以桂利嗪为内标 ;检测波长 2 78nm ;流速为 1 0ml·min 1。结果 :氢溴酸右美沙芬线性范围 0 0 75 1~ 0 6 0 0 6mg·ml 1,平均回收率为 99 87% ,RSD为 0 6 1% (n =5 )。结论 :方法简便 ,结果准确
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of dextromethorphan hydrobromide dispersible tablets. METHODS: Phenyl-bonded silica gel column was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water-triethylamine (6:38:05:05), pH = 4 5 and cinnarizine as internal standard. The detection wavelength was 2 78nm ; Flow rate of 1 0ml · min 1. Results: The linear range of dextromethorphan hydrobromide was 0 0 75 1 ~ 0 60 6 mg · ml -1. The average recovery was 99 87%. The RSD was 0 6 1% (n = 5). Conclusion: The method is simple and the result is accurate
