采用普通水蒸气蒸馏萃取法,对木蝴蝶中挥发油进行提取,测得木蝴蝶挥发油含量为1.99%;并用气相色谱-质谱联用技术进行分析鉴定,结合计算机质谱图库检索技术对分离的化合物进行结构分析,鉴定出13种化学组分,占挥发性物质总含量的96.63%。应用峰面积归一化法确定了各成分的相对含量。结果表明普通水蒸气蒸馏萃取法提取的挥发油中主要含有苯乙酮(72.29%)、二苯酮(7.81%)、丁化羟基甲苯(4.85%)等。
The volatile oil in the wood butterfly was extracted by ordinary steam distillation and extraction method. The volatile oil content of the wood butterfly was 1.99%. The gas chromatography-mass spectrometry technique was used for analysis and identification. The separated compound was subjected to structural analysis combined with computer mass spectrum library search technology. Analysis, identified 13 chemical components, accounting for 96.63% of the total volatile matter content. The peak area normalization method was used to determine the relative content of each component. The results showed that the volatile oil extracted by ordinary steam distillation extraction contained acetophenone (72.29%), benzophenone (7.81%), butylated hydroxytoluene (4.85%) and so on.
