现阶段我国有很多的企业发展都采取了集团化的模式,以便能够最大的发挥集团化的优势,获得规模效益,但是因为集团模式在我国还处于发展阶段,有很多不成熟的地方,突出的表现就是集团公司与子公司之间的关系,往往处理不佳。主要通过对集团管理模式的介绍,最终探讨了处理好集团总公司与子公司之间的关系的对策,仅供参考。
