下岗职工再就业是国有企业深化改革的焦点之一。8月初,记者在北京建工集团一建公司第二劳务公司采访时,得知他们在半年内妥善安置下岗、转岗职工319人,输出管理人员458人,办理离岗分流286人。在短短的时间内,何以取得如此成果?记者就此采访了公司经理兼党委书记马建立同志。马建立介绍说,今年初,一建公司内部改革进入攻坚阶段。原来所属的4个土建分公司全部解体,新组建的两个劳务公司负责接收下岗、转岗和富余人员。我们第二劳务管理公司共接收1334人。为了妥善安置这些下岗分流人员,把党和政府对下岗职工的关怀落到实处,公司党委从企业的实际出发,积极努力地行动起来。
