山西大学吴世勇高级工程师主持的“高流态混凝工简捷控调工艺”开发成功,并于近期通过成果鉴定。以中国工程院院士、大连理工大学赵国藩教授为首的专家委员会对该成果给予高度评价。高流态混凝土具有高流动性及高稳定性,是当今混凝土发展的方向。“高流态混凝土简捷控调工艺”,在不改变常规施工工艺的情况下,于高层框架结构中进行了坍落度大于22cm 的高流态混凝土施工,施工过程中具有良好的流动性、抗分离性、间隙通过性和填充性。该工艺在混凝土中大量掺合了当地粉煤灰,减少了污染,保护了环境;施工时无噪音,不扰民,环境效益好,为“绿色高性能混凝土”工艺。
