我们根据对镓的提纯研究和出口镓的质量鉴定的急需,用中子活化分析法测定了高纯镓中的Na、K、Cu、Pt、Cr、Fe,Co、Zn、Se、Cd、Ag、Te,Au、In、Sb、Hg、Sn、Ca等18个杂质元素的含量。 1.实验方法 (1) 辐照前的准备 镓样品密封于石英瓶中。标准按被测元素的化学性质和生成核的核性质分成9组,配成适量的标准溶液,各移取0.05ml至石英瓶中,烘干,封口,外包铝箔。汞标准用较特殊的方法配制。
