针对当前我国航空发动机标定过程中温度信号中存在标定时间长、工作效率低等问题,提出了一种航空发动机温度信号自动标定方法。该方法采用模拟装置,通过计算机输出预先定义温度信号及接收控制器采集值,形成对应标定关系来达到自动标定的目的。
Aiming at the problem of long calibration time and low work efficiency in the temperature signal of aero-engine calibration in our country, an automatic calibration method of aero-engine temperature signal is proposed. The method uses a simulation device, through computer output pre-defined temperature signal and receives the controller acquisition value, the formation of the corresponding calibration relationship to achieve the purpose of automatic calibration.
