辽河油田公司作为中国石油天然气集团总公司旗下的大型国有骨干企业,每年都投入大量的人力、物力、精力进行职工培训工作,但多年来职工培训质量参差不齐,很多培训工作并未达到预期。笔者依据ISO10015国际培训标准,立足于辽河油田公司发展战略和员工能力素质水平现状,研究建立辽河油田职工能力素质基本模型,从而为辽河油田职工素质能力培训工作的优化提供理论基础,使辽河油田职工培训质量效果得到实质提高。
Liaohe Oilfield Company, as a large state-owned backbone enterprise under the China National Petroleum Corporation, invests a lot of manpower, material resources and energy every year in employee training. However, the quality of employee training has been uneven over the years and many training programs have not met the expectations. Based on the ISO10015 international training standards, based on the development strategy of Liaohe Oilfield Company and the status quo of employees’ competence and quality, the author studies the establishment of the basic quality and capability model of Liaohe Oilfield staff, which provides the theoretical basis for optimizing the training of LQH staff, The quality of training has been substantially improved.
