某厂三氯化铁生产中,因工人违章操作,致使反应塔中的氯气超量而外逸14.36m~3,折合氯重量为32.16kg,扩散面积为45～165m×350m,烟羽复盖面积56.12亩。使厂外街道、农村受害,发生急性氯气中毒2人,刺激反应80人,17头奶牛和111头猪出现异常病象,农作物蔫萎灼卷。
