为提升对大邑籍在西藏务工农民工的服务水平,维护拉萨地区的民族团结稳定,大邑县总工会以拉萨流动党支部为依托,组建了拉萨流动工会、拉萨市大邑籍农民工维权工作站。大邑县是劳务输出大县,有4万多外出农民工集中在西藏。针对这种情况,大邑县总工会积极争取拉萨市委组织部和拉萨市总工会的支持,依托大邑拉萨流动党支部,按照《工会章程》规定,组建了大邑拉萨流动工会、拉萨市大邑籍农民工维权工作站。流动工会接受拉萨当地总工会和大邑县总工会的双重领导,以拉萨当地总工会领导为主。
In order to enhance the service level of Dayi Nationality migrant workers in Tibet and safeguard the national unity and stability in Lhasa, Dayi County Federation of Trade Unions relied on the Lhasa Mobile Party Branch to set up the Lhasa Migrant Workers Union and Dasyi Migrant Workers’ Rights Protection in Lhasa workstation. Dayi County is a large-scale labor export county with more than 40,000 migrant workers who are concentrated in Tibet. In response to this situation, the Dayi County Federation of Trade Unions actively sought the support of Lhasa Municipal Organization Department and the Lhasa General Union, relying on the Party branch of Lhasa in Dayi, in accordance with the “Articles of Association,” set up the Dayi Lhasa mobile union, Lhasa large Yi nationality migrant workers rights workstations. The mobile union accepts the dual leadership of the Lhasa Local Trade Union and the Dayi County General Union, with the Lhasa general trade union leadership as its mainstay.
