2006年12月15日,日本参议院全体会议投票通过了将日本防卫厅升格为防卫省的相关法案。由于众议院此前已批准了该法案,所以在获得参议院批准后,《防卫省设置法》将正式生效。从2007年1月9日起,成立于1954年的“防卫厅”将正式挂上“防卫省”的牌子,防卫厅长官也将升为防卫大臣。对于和平与爱好和平的人们而言,这曲“王子变青蛙”的丑剧,刺痛并将更深地刺痛曾经被刺痛过的人们。有一百年的和平却没有一百零一年的安全。在烟幕弹绚丽的烟花迷茫之后,终究是烟消花散的时候了。
