在通常用来测量膜弹性模量的方法都不宜采用的情况下,本文提出一种将镀膜件视为特殊层合薄板,通过其弯曲时挠度与载荷间的关系来估算薄膜弹性模量的方法。文中首先理论推导了由两种材料层合的薄板弯曲时的挠度与载荷间的关系,然后利用镀SnO2膜的玻璃试件在精细的弯曲实验下的挠曲线,估算得到SnO2膜的弹性模量。
In the commonly used methods to measure the modulus of elasticity of the film are not suitable for use, this paper presents a coated piece as a special laminated sheet, through the bending deflection and load between the relationship between the method to estimate the elastic modulus of the film . In this paper, the relationship between deflection and load is deduced theoretically firstly, and then the bending modulus of SnO2 film is calculated using the bending curve of SnO2 coated glass specimen under the fine bending test. .
