采用体积设计法,试验研究了粗细集料体积比(Vcf)、细集料与水泥浆体体积比(Vfp)等体积参数对道路混凝土工作性能的影响。结果表明:通过混凝土组分中粗集料含量与水泥砂浆内细集料含量的合理组合,可以获得良好工作性能的道路水泥混凝土;在粗细集料体积比的合理范围内,适当降低配合比中的粗集料含量,并选择适当的细集料与水泥浆体体积比,也可以配制良好工作性的道路水泥混凝土。如果仅想增加坍落度,建议可以适当降低粗集料含量;或者在不大幅度变动材料比例的情形下增加减水剂的用量。
The volumetric design method was used to study the effect of Vcf, volume ratio of fine aggregate to cement volume ratio (Vfp) on the performance of road concrete.
