物流仿真技术是分析铁水铁路调度系统作业工位线路利用率、咽喉道岔利用率、计算机车利用率、机车运行图、鱼雷罐车运转周期、鱼雷罐车运行图、统计在线铁水储量等指标评价整个铁路生产系统并实现生产过程的可视化演示的重要手段。首先介绍了铁水铁路调度系统主要工艺过程,在生产工艺要求下怎么样构架整个系统,然后指明了应用物流仿真研究该问题的目的,并重点介绍了系统开发过程中的多项关键技术和算法。最后给出了一个铁水铁路调度物流仿真系统的应用实例。
The logistics simulation technology is to analyze the railway utilization rate, the utilization rate of throat turnout, the utilization ratio of the throat switch, the locomotive operation diagram, the operation cycle of the torpedo tanker, the operation diagram of the torpedo tanker, the statistical online hot metal storage and other indicators to evaluate the entire railway production System and to achieve an important means of visual presentation of the production process. Firstly, the main technological process of the railway dispatching system is introduced, and the whole system is constructed under the requirements of the production process. Then the purpose of this problem is pointed out and the key technologies and algorithms in the process of system development are introduced emphatically. Finally, an application example of a railway hydropower railway logistics simulation system is given.
