On July 15, 1980, I was entrusted with the task of sending Comrade Deng Xiaoping, who was revisited, at the venue of the CCP’s communiqué at 139 Poyang Street, Hankou. Zhang Yalin, Director of Municipal Cultural Relics Management Office, Wang Deqing, Deputy Director of City Administration Office, Li Ziyi, Deputy Director of Municipal Office of Cultural Affairs, Zhang Zhishan, Director of Cultural Relics Office of Municipal Office of Literature and Art, Zeng Zhide, the head of the Memorial Hall of August 7, Yang Yi, and Chen Hui, Wang Lingli and Wu Yueping
