目的:为了探索在超声引导下乳腺微创旋切术对早期乳腺癌的筛查的应用价值。方法:对来我院的1600例乳腺疾病患者进行临床、彩超进行检查,在2000个彩超中发现,长颈小于10mm的乳腺微小节行乳腺微创旋切术,依据旋切组织标本术中对其送出的快速的冰冻切片病理进行相应的检查,本文就根据这些病理的结果来决定对患者进行手术的治疗方式来对其进行有效的治疗,然后再对经过手术的患者进行临床观察以及对患者的病理有所好转的6到12个月中进行彩超检查。结果:经过对1600例患者进行乳腺微小结节快速冰冻切片病理检查,其结果显示:患有乳腺浸润性癌的有95例;患有乳腺导管内癌的有26例;患有乳腺小叶原位癌的有13例;患有乳腺纤维腺瘤的有1348例,患有乳腺导管内乳头状瘤的有36例;患有乳腺不典型增生的有18例;患有乳腺病的有64例。对所有的良性病变的患者进行6到12个月的彩超检查,经过彩超发现术区没有发现异常的表现。结论:在超声的引导下对早期乳腺癌的微创旋切术的筛查可以对其患者进行准确的病情诊断,并且该术安全、可靠、有效、并发症少,还能够准确的筛查出患者是否具有乳腺癌。
Objective: To explore the value of ultrasound-guided minimally invasive polypectomy for the screening of early breast cancer. Methods: A total of 1,600 cases of breast disease from our hospital were examined with color Doppler ultrasonography. For all patients with benign lesions for 6 to 12 months of color Doppler ultrasound examination found no abnormalities after surgery. CONCLUSIONS: Ultrasound-guided screening of minimally invasive rotational biopsy of early-stage breast cancer can accurately diagnose the patient’s condition and is safe, reliable, effective and has fewer complications and can be accurately screened Whether the patient has breast cancer.
