1　临床资料　　男性患者 ,4 3岁 ,因右上腹胀痛 2年余 ,Ｂ超检查发现胆囊结石 ,要求行手术治疗而于 1996年 3月2 0日入院。经术前检查未见手术禁忌症 ,3月 2 6日在全麻下行电视腹腔镜胆囊切除术 ,术中见胆囊萎缩 ,切除胆囊 ,取出胆固醇结石 2 0枚。术后恢复较好 ,于 4月 1日出 1 Clinical data Male patients, 43 years old, due to right upper quadrant pain more than 2 years, B-ultrasound found gallstones, requiring surgical treatment and in 1996 March 20 admission.
