东莞市人民政府令第138号《东莞市公共租赁住房管理办法》已经市人民政府同意,现予发布。市长袁宝成2014年1月21日第一章总则第一条为加强对公共租赁住房的管理,根据《公共租赁住房管理办法》(建设部令第11号)、《广东省城镇住房保障办法》(省政府令第181号)、《关于加快发展公共租赁住房的指导意见》(建保(2010)87号)、《关于加快发展公共租赁住房的实施意见》(粤府办(2010]65号)等有关规定,结合本市实际,制定本办法。
