自非离子型水溶性碘造影剂问世以来,脊髓造影技术及安全性有了很大提高。由于非离子型造影剂具有低渗透性、低毒性、低粘度和吸收快等优点,我院放射科自90年以来已停用油质造影剂而改用非离子型造影剂欧乃派克(Omnipaque)作为脊髓造影CT扫描(CTM)用造影剂,取得满意效果。现将资料较完整的100例临床应用情况报告如下。 材料和方法 本组100例均为非对照性临床应用验证。男64例,女36例;年龄8~69岁,平均45.2岁。患者诊断为椎管内占位性病变62例,椎管狭窄11例,椎间盘脱出8例,蛛网膜炎4例,其他待查15例。 CT机为西门子Somatom CR3,造影剂浓度为300mg/ml,剂量为6ml/次。 患者侧卧,头高10°~15°,用9号腰穿针于腰3—4或腰4—5
