目的 :研究漏芦乙醇提取物对小鼠学习记忆功能的影响及其对脑和全血胆碱酯酶活性的影响。方法 :采用一次性被动回避式条件反射的方法 (跳台法 )考察药物对小鼠学习记忆功能的影响。结果 :漏芦乙醇提取物能显著对抗东莨菪碱所致的记忆获得障碍及环己酰亚胺所致的记忆巩固障碍 ;显著抑制脑和全血胆碱酯酶活性。结论 :漏芦乙醇提取物改善学习记忆障碍的作用可能与其增强中枢胆碱能神经系统功能作用有关
Objective : To study the effect of ethanol extracts of Leptospira on learning and memory function in mice and its effect on the activity of cholinesterase in brain and whole blood. Methods : A one-time passive avoidance conditioned reflex method was used to investigate the effect of drugs on learning and memory function in mice. RESULTS : Ethanol extract of E. japonicus could significantly counteract the memory acquisition disorder caused by scopolamine and the memory consolidation disorder caused by cycloheximide; significantly inhibited the activity of cholinesterase in brain and whole blood. Conclusion :Effects of ethanol extract of Rhynchophylla on impaired learning and memory may be related to the enhancement of functional effects of central cholinergic nervous system
