我厂批量生产16240ZB柴油机(安装在东风4型内燃机上)的减振器体,其两端与柴油机的曲轴和机车的传动装置均为键联接。减振器体材料为42CrMo,调质硬度HB241~285,两端内孔键槽长度分别为125和155mm。键槽的几何精度和两侧面的光洁度要求较高,因其一端内孔有凸台,不能进行拉削,只能采用插削加工的方法。但是键槽的插削质量一直达不到要求,通过采取几项改进措施,解决了一些工艺性的技术问题如:键槽宽度的尺寸精度、键槽中心面对工件轴线的对称度、键槽的喇叭口和光洁度等,效果较好。现介绍如下:
I plant mass production of 16240ZB diesel engine (installed in Dongfeng 4 internal combustion engine) of the shock absorber body, both ends of the diesel engine crankshaft and locomotive drive are keyed. The shock absorber body material is 42CrMo, quenched and tempered HB241 ~ 285, both ends of the keyway length of 125 and 155mm. Keyway geometric accuracy and both sides of the surface finish requirements are high, because of its one end of the hole with a boss, can not be broached, can only be used interpolation method. However, the keyway chipping quality has failed to meet the requirements, by taking several improvements to solve some of the technical issues such as: the keyway width of the dimensional accuracy of the central axis of the keyway symmetry axis of the workpiece, the keyway bell mouth and Finish, etc., the effect is better.
