以数字化为核心的智能电网和电力装备已成为国内外的重要发展方向,“十二五”规划纲要指出“适应大规模跨区输电和新能源发电并网的要求,加快现代电网体系建设,发展特高压等大容量、高效率、远距离先进输电技术,推进智能电网建设”是我国电力发展的方向。根据目前国内外的研究情况,结合本专委会2013年工作安排,中国电工技术学会电器智能化系统及应用专业委员会将于2013年10月下旬在济南召开2013年学术交流年会,重点围绕智能电网与智能化电力装备及相关内容进行研讨。现面向电力运行与制造行业征集学术论文,现将征文有关事项通知如下:
