目的分析银川地区2013-2015年血液报废情况。方法统计银川市2013-2015期间的采集量,血液报废的原因及相应数量,分别统计出不合格血液比例,整体分析,为本站降低血液报废率提供有力依据。结果 2013、2014年检验因素导致的不合格血液报废率高于非检验因素,2015年非检验因素导致的不合格血液报废率较检验因素高。非检验因素中脂肪血浆报废率较高,检验因素中TP、HBsAg报废率较高。结论本站报废率较低,加强初筛前的献血征询工作有助于降低脂肪血浆的报废率;严格控制采血点HBsAg快速试纸条的反应时间,在采血点开展HBsAg和TP联合快速检测,均有助于进一步降低血液报废率。
Objective To analyze the blood waste in Yinchuan from 2013 to 2015. Methods Statistical analysis of Yinchuan collection between 2013-2015 period, the causes of blood and the corresponding number of scrapped, were calculated unqualified blood ratio, a holistic analysis of the site to reduce the blood to provide a strong basis for the rate. Results The unqualified rate of rejecting the blood caused by the test factors in 2013 and 2014 was higher than that of non-test. The unqualified rate of rejecting the blood caused by non-test in 2015 was higher than that of the test. Among the non-test factors, the fat plasma rejection rate is higher, and the test factors TP and HBsAg rejection rates are higher. Conclusion The site rejection rate is low. Strengthening blood donation consultation before screening can help reduce the rejection rate of fat plasma. Strictly control the reaction time of HBsAg rapid strip at the blood collection point, carry out the rapid combined detection of HBsAg and TP at the blood collection point, All help to further reduce the blood scrap rate.
