[目的 ]筛选出纯度高、抗病性强,性能稳定、适应性强的灰黑色平菇品种,为进一步研究该病害奠定基础。[方法 ]以7个深色平菇菌株为实验材料,进行熟料分批次栽培出菇试验,观察统计它们的抗黄斑病能力。[结果 ]筛选出了抗黄斑病能力强的优良深色平菇品种:平菇4号、平菇841、天达788。[结论 ]选用对黄斑病抗性优良的平菇菌株可以有效降低黄斑病发生的几率。
[Objective] The research aimed to screen gray-black mushrooms of Pleurotus ostreatus with high purity, strong disease resistance, stable performance and strong adaptability, which laid the foundation for further study on the disease. [Method] With 7 dark Pleurotus ostreatus strains as experimental materials, mushroom experiments were conducted in batches of clinker, and their anti-maculopathy ability was observed and counted. [Result] The results showed that excellent dark - colored Mushrooms with strong anti - maculopathy were screened: Pinggu 4, Mushroom 841 and Tianda 788. [Conclusion] The selection of Pleurotus ostreatus strains with good resistance to yellow spot could effectively reduce the incidence of leaf spot disease.
