传感器的可靠工作是生产过程正常进行和实施有关技术的基本条件之一。为此常采用硬件冗余方法来提高仪表设备的可靠性。但这种方法的一个明显不足是导致设备投资巨大。本文采用解析冗余方法监测传感器工作,在传感器发生故障时,通过软件及时检测和分离出故障传感器,防止故障的传播和扩大以及运行人员的误判断和误操作。在理论推导基础上,以电厂锅炉汽包的各参数传感器为例进行了仿真试验,结果表明了该方法的有效性和可靠性。
The reliable operation of the sensor is one of the basic conditions for the normal operation of the production process and the implementation of the relevant technology. To this end often use hardware redundancy method to improve the reliability of instrumentation. However, a significant disadvantage of this approach is the huge investment in equipment. In this paper, the method of analytic redundancy is used to monitor the sensor. When the sensor fails, the sensor detects and separates the fault sensor in time to prevent the propagation and expansion of the fault and the misjudgment and misoperation of the operator. Based on the theoretical derivation, the simulation test is carried out with the parameter sensors of boiler drum in power plant. The results show the effectiveness and reliability of the method.
