采用数值模拟和实验结合的方法,通过MeltFlow VAR软件对铸锭成分进行模拟预测,并对不同混料方式下电极块的化学成分开展实测分析,研究不同原材料混料分布情况下铸锭经过3次真空自耗电弧熔炼后的成分分布。结果表明,从工程化制备角度考虑,钛合金原材料经混料压制成电极块后,其化学成分分布并非完全均匀。熔炼过程中电极沿纵向顺序熔化,一次锭的成分受电极块成分不均匀分布的影响明显,经过2次和3次熔炼后,成分差异逐渐减少。因此,采用名义配比设置电极成分边界,可用于工程化钛合金制备过程中铸锭成分均匀性的模拟预测。
相比规则多孔结构,不规则多孔结构更能较好地模仿实际骨小梁结构。基于Rhion 6软件中GH插件构建了不规则多孔结构模型,并采用激光选区熔化技术(SLM)制备出2组多孔结构植入物样件。对多孔结构样件进行了热处理和力学性能测试,比较热处理前后力学性能变化。实验表明:当不规则度增加时,弹性模量和抗压强度降低;当孔隙率增加时,弹性模量和抗压强度增加。多孔结构样件经过880℃/30 min/FC热处理后,弹性模量无明显变化,抗压强度下降,延展性变好。
研究了固溶时效热处理对多向锻造TiBw/Ti复合材料组织和力学性能的影响。实验表明:当固溶温度为950℃时,复合材料的基体为双态组织,TiBw沿初生α相分布;固溶温度为1050℃时,等轴α相转化为片层α相和α集束,β晶界出现,TiBw沿β晶界分布;固溶温度为1150℃时,复合材料的基体组织为魏氏组织,β晶界进一步扩大,α集束更加细长,TiBw沿β晶界或α集束分布。经热处理后,TiBw/Ti复合材料的室温抗拉强度和屈服强度随着固溶温度升高而增加,但室温塑性呈现相反趋势。
采用无坩埚感应熔炼超声气体雾化法(EIGA)制备出一种钛基预合金粉末,然后用粉末冶金热等静压技术(PM-HIP)进行成形,研究了热等静压温度对该粉末冶金钛合金性能的影响。结果表明,采用气体雾化制粉工艺能够制备出满足要求的洁净预合金粉末,其相变点为883℃。热等静压温度在β相变点以下,制备的高强韧钛合金呈α+β双态组织,拉伸强度和冲击性能与热等静压温度成正相关。热等静压温度高于β相变点,组织中形成大尺寸的晶粒,α相衍射峰增强,为针状分布,合金性能略有下降。采用粉末热等静压技术制备的新型α+β两相钛合金具有高
