基于TG-FTIR联用技术,探讨以CaSO_4为载氧体的核桃壳半焦的化学链气化反应动力学特性。结果表明,CaSO_4/核桃壳半焦的反应在约950℃时存在1个失重峰,且反应气体产物主要有CO、CO2、COS、SO_2共4种物质;适当提高CaSO_4/核桃壳半焦的质量配比有利于增强反应活性。利用Ozawa法、Coats-Redfern积分法、Malek法对半焦/CaSO_4进行动力学计算,计算结果表明,随着转化率的增加,活化能呈现降低趋势且反应过程符合相界面收缩球状模型。
Based on the TG-FTIR combined technique, the kinetic characteristics of chemical vaporization reaction of walnut shell semi-coke with CaSO 4 as oxygen carrier was discussed. The results showed that the reaction of CaSO_4 / walnut shell char had one weight loss peak at about 950 ℃, and the main products of the reaction gas were CO, CO 2, COS and SO_2, and the quality of CaSO_4 / walnut shell char was increased properly. Ratio is conducive to enhancing the reactivity. Coke-Redfern integral method and Malek method were used to calculate the kinetics of semi-coke / CaSO_4. The results show that the activation energy shows a decreasing trend with the increase of conversion rate, and the reaction process conforms to the spherical-shell model of the phase interface shrinkage.
