应用遥感资料、调查资料、定点监测资料、地形地学资料以及相关的社会、经济方面资料,建立县级水土保持监测信息系统。其主要目标是通过监测建立基础信息库,为水土保持及其他项目建设的评估、可行性研究、规划、设计等提供基本资料;通过监测来判断水土保持是否符合标准,是否达到预期目标,为完善水土保持管理体系、提高水土保持管理水平奠定基础;通过动态监测,我们可以客观、准确、及时地反映出不同规划及其配置的影响范围、效益和成果,为水土保持评价和决策提供科学依据;监测成果以数据库、图形库、视频文件等多种方式表达。
