世界技能大赛作为一项全球性的青年技能大赛,其代表了职业技能和培训的最高水平,世界技能大赛在中国的推广,给中国职业院校专业建设提供了新的参考坐标。文章通过分析世界技能大赛中塑料模具工程竞赛规则和职业标准文件,总结参赛院校在竞赛和训练中的经验,为技工院校模具专业建设中课程体系、实训典型工作任务开发、教学方法等方面提出新的启示和专业建设方向,为模具专业建设和竞赛建设良性互动提出了建设性的参考建议。
As a global youth skills competition, the World Skills Competition represents the highest level of vocational skills and training. The promotion of the World Skills Competition in China provides new reference coordinates for the professional development of vocational schools in China. Through analyzing the plastic mold engineering competition rules and occupation standard documents in the World Skill Contest, the article summarizes the experience of participating colleges and universities in competitions and trainings, and provides a system for the construction of mold specialty in technical college, the development of typical work tasks and teaching methods The new revelation and the direction of professional construction are put forward and constructive suggestions are put forward for the positive interaction between mold construction and competition construction.
