为了解本监测年度我国B型流感病毒的流行特点,明确流行株与国际疫苗株和国内代表株的匹配情况,本文对2011年4月至2012年3月流感监测年度中国大陆流感监测网络分离的B型流感毒株进行了抗原性和基因特性研究。结果表明2011年4月至2012年3月我国大陆B型流感病毒主要以Victoria系流感病毒为主,Victoria系病毒主要位于分支1,并且存在着HA1与NA基因分支间的重配,但不同分支间抗原性无显著差异,72.8%的病毒与本年度使用的疫苗株B/Brisbane/60/2008疫苗株抗原性类似。本监测年度疫苗组分中不含有Yamagata系组分,大部分Yamagata系流感病毒中与国内代表株B/湖北伍家岗/158/2009(97.8%)和B/四川安岳/139/2011(85.2%)抗原性类似;基因特性分析显示绝大部分流行的B型Yamagata系流感病毒均与B/湖北伍家岗/158/2009和B/四川安岳/139/2011在同一分支,且没有发现HA1与NA基因分支间重配的病毒。上述监测结果表明本年度所使用的疫苗株与我国流行的病毒匹配,我们所筛选的国内代表株能够代表我国各地流行株的病原学特征。
In order to understand the epidemiological characteristics of influenza B virus in China in this monitoring year and determine the match between the epidemic strains and the international vaccine strains and the domestic representative strains, this paper analyzes the influenza surveillance network of Mainland China from April 2011 to March 2012 Type B influenza strains were studied for antigenicity and genetics. The results showed that from April 2011 to March 2012, Influenza B virus mainly belonged to Victoria virus in mainland China. Victoria virus was mainly located in branch 1, and there was a reassortment between HA1 and NA gene branches, but different branches There was no significant difference between antigenicity and 72.8% of the viruses were antigenic similar to the vaccine strain B / Brisbane / 60/2008 used in this year. The vaccine components of this monitoring year did not contain Yamagata components, most of the Yamagata influenza viruses were associated with domestic representative strains B / Hubei Wu Jiagang / 158/2009 (97.8%) and B / Sichuan Anyue / 139/2011 (85.2% ) Antigenicity was similar. Genotypic analysis showed that the majority of the most popular influenza B type Yamagata viruses were on the same branch as B / Hubei Wujiagang / 158/2009 and B / Sichuan Anyue / 139/2011, and HA1 and NA were not found Gene rearrangement of the virus between the branches. The above monitoring results show that the vaccine strains used in this year matched the viruses prevailing in China. The domestic representative strains we screened can represent the etiological characteristics of epidemic strains in various parts of China.
